Micronutritionist - Specialist in Nutrition, Health & Functional Medicine
Passionate about food biochemistry, Christel Heintz has built an exceptional career at the crossroads of micronutritionand functional medicine. Holding a postgraduate degree in Nutrition, Health and Micronutrition from the University of Dijon and a diploma from the European Institute of Physionutrition and Phytotherapy, she has forged her expertise over more than 10 years of direct collaboration with functional medicine doctors in London, Switzerland and Luxembourg. She is today an active member of the SiiN Institute and the IEDM, ensuring a permanent update of her knowledge.
Her conviction is deep: food is not merely a source of energy — it is a therapeutic lever capable of preventing imbalances, correcting physiological dysfunctions and preserving health over the long term. Micronutrition — this cellular nutrition that provides every cell with vitamins, minerals, trace elements, amino acids and essential fatty acids — is at the heart of her practice.
Her approach is global and personalized: identification of micronutrient deficiencies, screening questionnaires focused on 8 key areas, precision nutritional biological assessments — intestinal microbiome, vitamin status, oxidative stress profile — all of this in partnership with functional and nutritional medicine doctors.
Her ambition: to democratize micronutrition and make it accessible to everyone, at home or within her AminVital practice in Luxembourg, to make nutrition a true guardian of health, vitality and graceful ageing.
